How long should my showcase video be?

If you have a video to add to your showcase, we recommend having it no longer than 2 minutes.

Camp directors see a lot of applications every year, and their time is limited. You want camp directors to see your video from start to finish and the best way to do that is to keep it short and sweet!

What do I put in the showcase section?

The showcase is your opportunity for our team and Camp Directors to get to know you better. This section is not mandatory, however, we do recommend that you upload one, it will make your application stand out for camp directors and add a little bit of your personality to your application.

You can find our tips and tricks to make your showcase stand out.

What platform should I use for my showcase?

The platform you use depends on the media you're adding to your showcase.

If you're adding a video to your showcase, you can use YouTube or Vimeo, but make sure that the videos you're linking are public, so camp directors can access them easily when they look at your application.

If you're exhibiting a selection of pictures or a portfolio, use Flickr. It's an easy way to get all of your pictures in the same place and once on Flickr, you can add separate categories for different projects or pieces of art you may have.

If you have an Instagram account which has your work on, you can link that too. Just make sure it is public!
