Booking Your Accommodations

2 min. readlast update: 10.09.2024

If your camp has asked that you arrive in Canada on a date that is earlier than your 'travel to camp' date, you will need to arrange a night at a hostel or other accommodation site. While you are responsible for booking your accommodation, Camp Canada has compiled a list of our ‘preferred hostels’ for your convenience. We will also provide discount codes to use at these hostels as well as directions to each hostel from the airport.

Below you will find a basic list of all of our recommended hostels. This list is just to help you should you choose to travel to any other cities after camp ends.

In your Onward Travel information on your Camp Canada portal, you will find a link to a PDF with detailed information about your recommended accommodation (should you need it) as well as discount codes and additional information. Please note, this PDF will not be available until closer to the summer.

If you would like to book accommodation, we recommend booking as soon as possible. June is a popular month to travel to Canada and leaving booking accommodation until the last minute might result in you not having any accommodation at all!

As Camp Canada is not responsible for booking your accommodations, it is your responsibility to make sure that you have the necessary details for check-in. Some places may require you to be 19+ to check in or might require a credit card for incidentals. It is important that you know how you are expected to check in upon arrival so you don't have any issues once you land in Canada.
