We aim to be transparent about all the costs involved by participanting in our Work & Travel program.
How much does the program cost?
We don't charge any program fees. However, you will incur other costs in order to travel and work at summer camp in Canada.
What other fees may I incur to be apart of the program?
The fees you can expect to incur are:
- Flights to/from Canada (this varies from your location)
- IEC (approx. $279.75 CAD)
- Police Check (this can vary depending on country)
- Biometrics ($85 CAD)
You will need to consider other costs like:
- Pre and Post camp accommodations
- Healthcare Insurance extension
- Travel Insurance
- Medical forms (if applicable)
How much will I get paid at camp?
At camp, you’ll earn spending money (often referred to as ‘Pocket Money’).
- Minimum of $3000 for a 12 week contract
- A camp may choose to offer $2700 plus a $300 completion bonus alternatively.

If I withdraw from the program, will I be refunded for any costs I have incurred?
No, the program is free. Any third-party costs you incur from participating in our program are not eligible for a refund.
