Help CenterIf for any reason your luggage does not make it to your final destination, you must file a lost luggage claim while at the airport.
The quickest way to report your lost luggage and fill out a claim form is to go straight to someone at baggage claim or go to the check-in desk for your airline. Do not leave the airport without filing a claim with your airline. You should then receive a toll-free phone number to call for updates on your luggage.
Camp Canada and your camp can assist with obtaining your lost luggage, but cannot do so unless you have filed a lost luggage claim.
You should be asked where you would like your luggage to be sent once it has been located. You can provide your camp’s summer address which is available to you on your Camp Canada profile. If you are unsure as to where your luggage should be sent once located, we recommend contacting someone from your camp to ask if there is another specific address that your luggage can be sent to.
It is a great idea to stick an AirTag or other similar tracker in your luggage if you have one. Once you have filed a claim and have received information about your bag, you can send us an email at arrivals@campcanada.ca to let us know.
