If you choose to make your own appointment and self-pay the medical expenses, you can submit a claim for reimbursement consideration.&nbsp;

If appropriate for the medical condition, you may choose to make a tele-health appointment with a local provider. On Call will approve the appointment in advance and provide you with a link to make your own appointment for treatment.
