Online Work Permit Application Fees

Fees associated with the online work permit application (applying outside of Canada):

There may be 2 separate fees to pay for the online work permit application (*please note - if you are fee-exempt, you should not see these fees on your IRCC account):

1. Application processing fee - $155

2. A biometric fee - $85 

How to pay the fees:

At the time of submitting your online work permit application, you will need:

• Your email address (as provided in IMM1295)

• A credit or debit card accepted by the Government of Canada. See this link for more: https://ircc.canada.ca/english/information/fees/pay.asp

• Access to a printer (if you wish to print the receipt)
