The passport uploaded must be the passport that you will be using to travel to Canada. If your passport is due to expire before you travel and you have applied for a new passport, please let us know and we will add a note to your application.
My passport expires this year. Do I need a new one?
The passport you use to come to Canada must be valid for 6+ months after your arrival date. For example, if you are arriving in Canada on June 20th 2024, your passport must be valid until at least December 20th 2024. Ideally, your passport should be valid for a year.
I have more than one passport. Which one should I upload?
If you hold more than one passport, here are some things you should consider:
- You must upload the passport that you will be travelling with.
- To be eligible for the Camp Canada program, your passport must be from a country on this list. Please ensure the passport you upload is from one of these countries.
- Please check the expiry date listed on your passport and make sure that it will be valid for the full duration of your travels.
