Technical Issues - Downloading IMM Forms

If you are getting an error opening any of the forms from IRCC (i.e. it says, “Please Wait…” as shown in the screenshot below), try using a different browser to open the files (i.e. Google Chrome) and/or clearing your cache. 

If this does not work, then you need to:

Download and save the file onto your computer desktop and open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader 10 (or higher).

Please try the following to troubleshoot:

  1. Do not click directly on the file from the website to open it.

  2. Right click on the file and save the link to your desktop. 

  3. Open the file from your desktop with Adobe Acrobat Reader 10. Do not use Preview (if you are on a Mac).
