General Issues

I forgot my password to my Camp Canada account.

I'm struggling to upload the required documents to my profile.

All documents need to be uploaded in a PDF or JPEG format under 10MB in file size. Multiple pages need to be uploaded as one file by merging the pages. 

I can only upload one PDF, how can I merge my documents?

If you have multiple pages, you can use this website to merge the pages into one file.

 

IRCC Website (Extensions, Visitor Status or IEC related)

I can't login to my IRCC account.

Camp Canada cannot access your IRCC account. Please see the IRCC sign-in troubleshooting article.

I'm not able to open the IMM forms.

To download and open a PDF form, you need to have Adobe Reader 10 or higher installed (Mobile devices such as iPads, tablets and mobile phones can’t be used for IRCC forms)

I'm not able to add my signature to the IMM forms.

This is a common issue but:

  • Do not use the “signature panel” button at the top of the forms
  • Do not print out your application to sign it

Instead, you will have to type in your name and answer a security question after you upload all the forms for your application in order to submit your application. This will be your electronic signature:
