If you are deemed to be intoxicated during your visit to a medical centre and the doctor suspects that was an attributing factor to your injury, you may be unable to claim any expense back and may have to pay full price for your treatment.

  • Surgeon & Assistant Surgeon Benefits

  • Anesthesia 

  • Day Surgery (Miscellaneous)

  • Diagnostic X-Ray and Lab

  • Ambulance Benefit (up to $5000)

  • Physician Visits

  • Consultant Physician Visits

  • Radiation/Chemotherapy

  • Emergency Room Benefit (covered but, subject to a $350 Co-Payment, waived if admitted, or in an accident)

  • Emergency Dental Expense (Limited to accidental injury of sound natural teeth sustained while covered up to $4000)

  • Palliative Dental (Sudden onset pain maximum benefit of $200 per tooth)

  • Physiotherapy Expense

  • Mental Health (Inpatient: up to $10,000 - Outpatient: up to $1500)

  • Durable Medical Equipment Expense

  • Repatriation of Mortal Remains (up to $25,000)

  • Emergency Reunion Benefit (up to $5000)

  • Prescription Drug Benefit

  • Emergency Treatment of a Pre-Existing Condition (up to $500)
